4 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes or drained canned
2 cups evaporated milk or half & half
3 eggs beaten
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
few drops vanilla
Mix all together well. bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until firm.
